Shipping

We use GLS and DHL as our standard carriers for parcels within Europe. For packages outside Europe, we primarily rely on TNT/FedEx. If you prefer a carrier other than our standard options, please coordinate with our service team by emailing sales@sealingtechnologies.eu or calling +31 38 460 1232

For urgent orders, we understand the importance of prompt delivery. Our express delivery service is available at an additional cost to ensure a swift process. This service, known for its efficiency, often facilitates next-day delivery, providing a reliable solution for time-sensitive requirements. To avail yourself of this service, simply reach out to our service team via email, including your order number as a reference. They will promptly assist you in arranging the express delivery to meet your urgent needs.

Please be mindful of delivery timelines as we operate from two warehouses. Some seals may be ready for shipment within 3-5 working days, and in such cases, your order will be dispatched only when it is complete. If you desire a partial delivery, this option is available at an additional cost.

In addition to our commitment to timely deliveries, we aim to provide transparency regarding shipping rates. Refer to the table at the bottom of this page for current package rates and transit times.

Return 

If, by any chance, you accidentally order the wrong seals, our return process ensures a hassle-free experience. You have a 14-day window, starting from the delivery date, to notify us via email if a return is necessary. After this initial period, you are given an additional 14 days to provide a track and trace code for the return shipment.

To facilitate a smooth return process, it is crucial that the seals are returned in their original packaging and exhibit no signs of use. If the seals are not returned in their original packaging or do have signs of use it can be that we only refund 75% of the total order value. 

It's important to note that custom-made seals and those produced according to customer orders cannot be returned due to their unique specifications.

The responsibility for return shipping costs lies with the customer. If booking a return shipment becomes challenging, we offer the convenience of handling it for you at an additional cost, ensuring a seamless and efficient return process.

To ensure that your return is processed as well and quickly as possible, we ask you to complete a copy of our return form and then add it to the return shipment. In this return form you can enter your order number, item numbers of the returned products, and the reason for the return. We need this information to process your return shipment as best as possible.
