The grippers consist of a pneumatic cylinder that is operated via compressed air. These are among the most commonly used gripper systems and can move or position objects with perfect accuracy as required during insertion and transfer operations.

The suction cups are available in adhesive and vacuum versions. They are used wherever workpieces have a largely smooth and airtight gripping surface, such as in automated handling technology. Thanks to the perfect geometry, the suction cups can even grip products with a curved surface.

The pneumatic suction hoods are made of wear-resistant elastomers and are precisely adapted to the requirements of the application, such as temperature resistance and the surface quality of different materials. The advantage: no additional fastening elements are required, the application options are varied and the quality is, as with all Freudenberg Sealing Technologies products, extremely high. In addition, self-adhesive suction cups do not require additional attachment elements in the form of a vacuum system; all that is required is to place the suction cups on a pipe with a bead and possibly mount a hose clamp. Without a ball lock, self-adhesive suction cups can also be used as vacuum cleaners.
