HNBR
HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile Rubber) is produced by fully or partially hydrogenating NBR, removing the reactive double bonds. This prevents the molecular chain from easily reacting with oxygen, making HNBR more resistant to heat, oxidation, and wear than NBR. The material is also resistant to various types of media, such as greases, steam, hot and ultrapure water. Additionally, it exhibits excellent mechanical stability. The temperature range extends from -40 °C to +140 °C.
