Fluoroprene® XP is een sterk gefluoreerd afdichtingsmateriaal, ontwikkeld door Freudenberg Sealing Technologies, dat het gat verkleint met een perfluorelastomeer. Het biedt een zeer goede bestendigheid tegen temperaturen, ozon, verwering, veroudering, zuurstof en CIP/SIP-processen. Fluoroprene XP combineert een vermogen om vetachtige media te weerstaan met een hoge weerstand tegen waterdamp. Door het uitstekende gedrag in zowel polaire als niet-polaire media is het een alleskunner voor vele verschillende toepassingen, vooral in de procesindustrie. Aangezien het vrijwel geen smaakstoffen absorbeert, is het het ideale materiaal om smaakoverdracht te voorkomen.
