Discover the excellence of PU6 Wipers - single acting wipers designed with PUR material and featuring a static sealing edge on the outer diameter. These wipers offer unmatched performance, making them a preferred choice for various applications.
PU6 Wipers redefine dirt protection with their innovative design. Equipped with bearing segments on the squeegee heel and a slightly rounded wiper lip, these wipers excel in keeping your equipment clean. They prevent dirt and water mist from entering through the outer diameter, ensuring a clean environment. The wiper reliably sweeps away dirt, leaving an oil film on the retractor rod to enhance performance. With no twisting or pressure build-up between the seal and wiper, along with remarkable wear-resistance, PU6 Wipers are a reliable solution.
PU6 Wipers find applications in various sectors, particularly in earthmoving machines, injection molding machines, presses, and support cylinders in the mining industry. Meticulous assembly is crucial for the optimal functioning of the Merkel PU 6 Windshield Wiper. Typically, these wipers can be adjusted effortlessly by deforming them into a kidney shape. For detailed instructions, refer to the general installation notes in our Technical Manual under the section "Mounting hydraulic seals."
Elevate your equipment protection strategy with PU6 Wipers. Their single-acting PUR design, static sealing edge, and exceptional performance attributes contribute to efficient equipment operation.
