Maximum protection against dirt

The insides of pneumatic and hydraulic cylinders are protected by wipers against the ingress of dirt during rod retraction. It is important that dirt, dust, humidity and other environmental influences cannot contaminate the operating medium. And must be kept away from pressurized sealing edges and other contact zones. To achieve this, the scrapers must be perfectly matched to the respective operating conditions and offer maximum protection.

High durability

Wipers are a critical factor in the life of a sealing system. That is why Freudenberg uses materials that promote longevity and offers the best product for every application. In this way, wipers repel dirt particles that could otherwise damage the seal or metal surface. For every type of cylinder and application we offer the right wiper with maximum reliability and extended durability.

A single or a double

Primary and secondary seals require reliable protection as conductors in modern sealing systems. We offer scrapers as single with or without metal reinforcement, but also as double with or without pressure relief. For example, we have also equipped double scrapers with both metal reinforcement and pressure relief. These seals also consist of one of the best materials that Freudenberg has developed: polyurethane. This is characterized by maximum wear resistance and a wide temperature range, as well as high chemical resistance
