A worn or damaged shaft can lead to leaks and significantly reduce the life of seals. With the Speedi Sleeve WSH from Dichtomatik, you can easily repair a worn-in shaft without replacing it completely.

The sleeve creates a wear-resistant and smooth tread for optimal sealing. In addition, the ultra-thin wall thickness of only 0.28mm maintains the original dimensions of the seal, eliminating the need for additional modifications.

With an inside diameter of 165,1mm and an outside diameter of 177,8mm is this Speedi Sleeve suitable for shafts with a diameter of Ø 84,76-85,02mm. Made of stainless steel 1.4301 (AISI 304), the WSH shaft repair cover offers excellent chemical resistance which makes it suitable for various applications.

The sleeve is lead-free ground and has a surface hardness of HV220 (95 HRB), combined with a surface roughness of Rz 1.0-5.0 µm for minimal friction.

In addition to the sleeve, this Shaft Repair Kit also includes a mounting piece for easy assembly. For extra security, order Loctite 271 threadlocker to hold the sleeve firmly in place.
