Freudenberg gaskets are field-proven for the highest temperatures and chemical resistance in applications for pumps and fittings, such as those used in the process industry. They are used in many different applications. The gaskets provide an excellent sealing effect with consistent elasticity. They are firmly pressed into the installation space and remain elastic even when temperature and pressure levels are constantly changing. Added to these features are high extrusion resistance and dry-run capability. Freudenberg also offers special gaskets for the challenging applications and chemical industry. Suitable for use in concentrated acids and alkalis, solvents or at very high temperatures.
Freudenberg biedt de ideale pakking voor elk soort statische en dynamische toepassing. Daarom hebben wij een groot assortiment aan verschillende pakkingen van verschillende materialen en uitvoeringen om aan alle eisen in de industrie te voldoen. Pakking-6216 bestaat bijvoorbeeld uit twee zeer geavanceerde garenmaterialen. De slijtvaste aramidegarens voorkomen extrusie en beschermen tegen schuren zoals organische oplosmiddelen, koolwaterstoffen en middelmatig geconcentreerde zuren. Met deze pakkingen kunnen snellopende assen perfect worden afgedicht. Ze hebben ook uitstekende slip-eigenschappen, lage wrijving en zijn extreem slijtvast, waardoor ze perfect zijn voor hoge drukniveaus in centrifugaal- of plunjerpompen.

Gaskets are used for reliable sealing of pumps and fittings. The impregnation ensures that the voids in the packaging fabric are closed, provides increased media resistance, optimized running properties and improved heat dissipation. This prevents leakage paths through the gasket. As with all Freudenberg products, they also offer the highest quality and long service life for gaskets.
